Made from organic 6-row barley grown in Shiga Prefecture and roasted with care to give it a deep flavor. Six-row barley grown in the land nurtured by Lake Biwa is used. A slightly stronger roast that allows you to enjoy the aroma of barley. The barley is crushed so that the flavor comes out well even when brewed with water. It is caffeine-free and safe for pregnant women (please consult your doctor beforehand) and children.
