● How to drink
■ When
brewing in a teapot,
1. Put tea leaves (2~3g per 100ml) in the teapot. * About
1 large teaspoon 2, cool a little and add hot water (80 ~ 90 degrees).
3. Wait for about 1 minute.
4. Pour until the last drop so that the consistency is uniform.
* The first brew has the strongest aroma, but you can also enjoy about two brews.
■ When
brewing with cold water, put
10~20g of tea leaves and 1000ml of ice water (cold water) in a container. * The amount of tea leaves is to your liking, and it is easy to put it in a commercially available tea pack.
。 2. Put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours (* It varies depending on the water temperature and the type of pack), stir well with a spoon, squeeze out the pack containing the tea leaves lightly, and take it out.
* If you leave it in for a long time, a lot of catechins and caffeine will dissolve and become astringent.
* Store in the refrigerator and drink it all on the same day as much as possible.
