Kabusecha is produced in the mountainous Takizawa area along the Miyakoda River in the back parlor of Hamamatsu City. As it is a relatively new and emerging production area, the tea plantations are large and well managed using the latest technology. Enjoy carefully crafted tea using the latest technology.

Kabusecha was developed with the aim of making gyokuro tea that can be brewed using boiling water. By covering the tea with black cheesecloth for about a week during the sprouting period to block direct sunlight, this tea brings out a large amount of theanine, which is the source of sweetness and flavor. It can be prepared quickly with boiling water, and anyone can enjoy it.
