Kabusecha was developed with the aim of making gyokuro tea that can be brewed using boiling water. By covering the tea with black cheesecloth for about a week during the sprouting period to block direct sunlight, this tea brings out a large amount of theanine, which is the source of sweetness and flavor. ``Tea'' is grown under cover and requires much effort. That is "Kabusecha". It is characterized by its bright green light blue color, which is just like matcha, and its unique flavor and sweetness. Recommended way to drink (quickly serve with boiling water)

1.Pour 6g of tea leaves into a teapot.
2.Pour 250cc of boiled water directly into the teapot.
